Lesley has decided to take a break from performing. We would like to thank our families, friends, and fans for their support over the years. Lemon Creek’s first performance was in January of 2018, and its last October 26, 2024.
We performed as a quintet in 2018, with Jim Nelson, then Michael Harris joining us on guitars. From 2019 on we were a quartet. Jon Grover played drums until he was replaced by Gary Snyder when we began performing again after a Covid pandemic hiatus. Doug Hyldahl played bass the entire time.
It has been the highlight of my entire musical career to play with these great musicians and friends, and especially with my daughter, Lesley. Thanks again to all who came out to hear us over the years.
My latest band, “Hope Savage,” will begin performing in 2026—stay tuned!

Since 2017 “Lemon Creek—Celebrating Women of Rock & Pop”—From 80s To Now!” has been performing songs by Fleetwood Mac, Sheryl Crow, Alanis Morissette, blondie, and Garbage; to Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse, Elle King, Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish and many, many more—with some fun and exciting detours along the way. We are a quartet based in Bellingham Washington. We’re family friendly and very danceable!

“I was still hearing how well you performed and how great the music was from guests and employees three days after you performed. Looking forward to having Lemon Creek return!” Christine Harrison, Entertainment Booking, Silver Reef Casino

Lemon Creek began rehearsals in November, 2017 with the idea of bringing our interpretations of some popular songs by female artists to audiences around the Northwest. Since then we have performed at many venues, including the Skagit Fair, The City Of Bellingham’s annual July 4 celebration, the Silver Reef and Skagit casinos, Bellwether Blues, Booze & BBQ, Burlington Summer Nights, Sedro Woolley Summer Concert Series, and at many clubs, parties, and special events. Lemon Creek is available for private or company parties, weddings, benefits or other events. We are based in Bellingham, WA, and can perform most anywhere in the Northwest. A Great Summer Of Outdoor Performances!
It was great to get back out and perform after nearly two years, due to the pandemic. All of our performances were outdoors, and the weather cooperated!
Here are some photos of a couple of our summer performances.
